Reporting a problem
A short report with these details gets fixed fastest: the page URL, your browser and device (for example “Safari on iPhone 15” or “Chrome on Windows 11”), what you tapped, and what happened instead. For video issues, the clip’s length and format (MP4, MOV, WebM) help too.
Please do not send private files
Do not attach photos, screenshots, or videos that still contain personal details. I do not need your original file to answer most questions, and the editor never uploads it to me in the first place. If a sample really is needed, send one with the private parts already covered, or a screenshot of the problem itself.
Before you write, the how it works page and the privacy policy answer the two most common questions: what each tool does, and where your file goes (nowhere).
